You will play key role in bringing new colleagues on board and ensure that we deliver on our purpose to reach patients, advance brain health and transform lives.Your new roleYou will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment to attract, assess, and hire talent at Lundbeck. You will work closely with team members based in our shared service center in Krakow and be supported with certain tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. We see ourselves as one team and expect flexibility and the willingness to help one another to achieve our shared goals.You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs, ensuring that our recruitment efforts are aligned with Lundbeck’s strategy and organizational priorities.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities include:

• Managing an efficient and professional end-to-end recruitment process for selected business areas, including intake meetings, screening, sourcing and interviews, always maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Advising and partnering with hiring managers by providing insights and regular, timely updates
• Delivering an excellent candidate experience and leveraging our employer brand at all touchpoints
• Implementing effective sourcing techniques using various channels to find high-quality talent and building talent pipelines
• Maintaining relationships with preferred suppliers and engaging external agencies when necessary
• Participating in local employer branding initiatives as necessary to promote Lundbeck and scout talent (fairs, events)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will also be responsible for:

• Recruitment of senior leadership and business-critical roles requiring discretion and high-touch end-to-end recruitment
• Building and maintaining external pipelines for senior leadership roles and critical gaps identified via succession planning, utilizing a variety of sourcing & scouting techniques including strategic networking, headhunting and industry connections
• Managing our preferred supplier list of external agencies to ensure the right partnerships based on business needs, as well as determining and implementing proper governance around agency usage

Both positions are based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, but regular on-site presence is required to accommodate in-person interviews. Fully remote applications will not be considered.Your future teamYou will join a truly international Talent Acquisition team of 13 colleagues working across borders – 5 in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow, Poland, where our Group Business Services (GBS) center is located. • Minimum 5 years experience (min. 8 years for Senior TA Partner) delivering high-quality and efficient end-to-end recruitment, preferably with a mix of in-house experience from a global matrix organization and external agency experience
• Ability to create trusting and credible relationships with hiring managers at all levels, including experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in an international setting

• onstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects, candidates and activities, sometimes on tight deadlines
• Flexibility to meet candidate and hiring manager needs with regard to busy schedules
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and psychometric assessments Fluency in English (+ Danish for TA Partner)
