Job description: DescriptionTax Manager – Aircraft Leasing | DublinAbout the CompanyA high-growth aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Tax Manager to join its expanding team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a qualified tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and seeks a blend of compliance oversight and transactional exposure.The RoleThis position primarily focuses on managing and overseeing tax compliance obligations across the group, while also supporting the deal team on international transactions. You’ll ensure the business remains fully compliant across jurisdictions while contributing commercially relevant insights to the structuring and execution of deals.Key Responsibilities

• Support the corporation tax and VAT compliance process, ensuring all filings are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Oversee tax reporting as part of the group’s financial statement process.
• Monitor and manage compliance with tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reporting and filing requirements.
• Provide clear, commercially focused tax input to the deal team on a variety of aircraft transactions.
• Support the development of best-practice tax processes and internal controls across the business.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant or tax advisor with 1+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical grounding in tax and VAT.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and with external advisors.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and adaptable – with a clear ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
