Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Technical Accounting and Transaction Specialist to join our team and contribute to our company’s growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced company, ready to work independently or as part of a team, and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Provide expert technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
• Ensure accounting compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• Support financial due diligence activities during mergers and acquisitions.
• Lead and coordinate the integration of financial processes for acquired companies
• Oversee and maintain the company’s accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and review of annual report.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audit engagements
• Collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support the implementation and integration of new ERP/consolidation systems.
• Contribute to the company’s SOX implementation and IPO readiness initiatives.
• Drive improvements and innovations within the accounting and finance functions.

• Fluent in English.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working experience with database tools and ERP/Consolidation systems.
• Higher Education in Economics or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate complex financial integrations and initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and reporting with IFRS/US GAAP.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Ability to perform critical audit of financial statements and identify accounting or process deficiencies
• ACCA, CIMA, or similar accounting certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience with M&A is a big advantage.
