Job description: The rolePE Global is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a dynamic and fast-paced role. The position involves managing a high-volume ledger across multiple sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, and public sector clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of our offices in Little Island, Cork.Responsibilities:

• Oversee debtor collections.
• Ensure prompt recovering of overdue invoices.
• Engage with both external customers and internal teams to resolve queries effectively.
• Daily debtor receipt allocations.
• Customer account reconciliations.
• Identify and address payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Report to senior management on ledger statuses and updates.
• Ad hoc duties, as required.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent computer and excel skills are a requirement, Advanced Excel preferable.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medium – Large Company Environment.
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and highly organised individual.
• An effective team player, who demonstrates strong attention to detail and ability to follow through to completion of tasks.
