Job description: Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Service Order Handler to support customers and partners by delivering services across the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate quoting and invoicing of all billable service activities. The ideal candidate will have strong case management capabilities, excellent planning and project coordination skills, and a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service.Job ResponsibilitiesService Order HandlingManage end-to-end service order handling processes for D4 customers and partners across the EMEA region.Ensure timely generation of quotes and invoices related to billable service activities.Maintain high performance in handling service-related cases, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.PlanningPlan, prioritize, and implement service activities in alignment with maintenance contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs).Work cross-functionally to ensure resource allocation and timely execution of service operations.Project ManagementCoordinate and manage customer service projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.Track progress and report on key project outcomes related to service delivery.Customer Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and partners.Serve as a trusted point of contact to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.Monitoring & Quality AssuranceOversee and ensure adherence to agreed-upon customer service levels and quality standards.Monitor case metrics and implement continuous improvements in service delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
