Industry- Financial ServicesWe are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions that optimize IT service management (ITSM) and related business workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and process owners to ensure that ServiceNow deployments meet organizational objectives, comply with best practices, and deliver measurable value.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure ServiceNow applications (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge Management, HRSD, ITOM, CSM) based on best practices.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow capabilities and recommend process improvements.
• Train end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionality and features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, performance, or integration.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.
