As Digital Delivery Manager, you will lead your team to ensure we leverage the global DD&T collaboration network, platforms, and products to advance the site in its digital maturity. The role will manage all activities of internal/external project resources for Digital Deployment and Digital Delivery, including project budget commitments and forecast.How you will contribute:System DeploymentUnderstand the Sites Digital, Data and Technology strategy and derive capability requirements to enable delivery of this strategy.Build a cohesive Digital, Data and Technology delivery team through recruiting, mentoring, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.Plan budget and initiate site wide and globally aligned technology implementation and expansion projects according to site digital roadmap.Collaborate with external partners to staff all delivery activities cost efficient but setup for success.Establish operational governance mechanisms ensuring delivery on time and on budget.Sign accountable for documentation, such as process functional and design specifications, according to all quality systems and regulatory requirements.Assuring all DD&T activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.Support onsite corporate, internal and regulatory audits.Manage selected DD&T projects.Digital DeliveryLead a team of Data Engineers and Citizen developers to deliver scalable use cases around business process automation or decision support.Bridge gaps in Enterprise IT solutions and enable additional efficiency for site operation.Ensure compliance with GxP regulations whilst enabling efficient delivery.Sustainment of deployed solutions in all areas through structured handovers to business owners, future technical owners and support teams in local and global organizations.What you bring to Takeda:Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related fieldMultiple years technology implementation experience leading cross functional teams in the area of technology deployment
