Job description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of a high-profile hospital construction project in Denmark. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a public infrastructure development with international impact. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing teams, and ensuring the project meets quality, safety, and timeline standards.TasksKey Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all on-site construction activities
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Prepare site reports and maintain documentation
• Resolve technical and operational challenges on site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management for civil construction projects
• Fluent in English
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction management software
