• IT Storage Project Support: Provide technical support for the end-to-end delivery and ongoing operation of IT storage projects.

• Solution Development & Deployment: Gather customer requirements and participate in the design, development, and deployment of new storage solutions.
• Handle hardware installation, equipment commissioning, and regular upgrades or expansions of storage systems.

• Customer Technical Support: Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support services to Carrier and Enterprise customers either independently or in cooperation with the GTAC team.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster strong relationships from a technical support perspective.

Requirements: * Storage Architecture: Solid understanding of DAS, SAN, NAS, and distributed storage systems like CEPH. Familiarity with storage protocols: FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS, etc.

• Data Protection & Backup: Knowledge of RAID, deduplication, compression, cloning, snapshots, and other storage concepts. Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Commvault or Veritas NetBackup is an advantage.
• Storage Equipment Expertise: Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Huawei or similar storage products.
• Experience Level: Minimum 3 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields

Key Skills: * Project Delivery: Experience in end-to-end delivery and maintenance of storage systems.

• Communication & Coordination: Strong customer service focus with excellent collaboration across internal and external teams.
• Problem Solving: Capable of quickly analyzing and resolving technical issues in high-pressure environments.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, able to work independently, and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
