You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Owners and other stakeholders, to help build Avery Dennison’s Connected Product Cloud. Your role will focus on driving Business Value, enhancing User Experience, and ensuring sufficient documentation is available for our engineering teams to build high quality solutions. You will actively participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from documenting requirements to testing and ensuring high-quality delivery.What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Product Owners, users, and stakeholders to clarify and document requirements for new features and services.
  • Support technical teams to document functional requirements that align business goals with technical capabilities.
  • Clearly define and document data models, structures, and flows to ensure alignment between business processes and technical solutions.
  • Design, execute, and document, test scenarios and use cases.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation as needed.
  • Share your expertise, promote collaboration, and drive innovation to strengthen the Product community.
  • Actively collaborate with the development team and the Scrum Master.
  • Responsible for the quality of the product increment, in conjunction with Product Owner.
  • Contribute to product deliverables, story approvals and release notes.

Qualifications

  • University or higher education degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Business Analysis experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in software development methodologies including Agile and scrum processes.
  • Team player and pro-active, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized and visionary.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering architecture & principles.
  • Experience with cloud-based software development is a plus.
  • Desire to learn new technologies and ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the retail apparel market is a plus.
