  • Lead the Charge: Oversee the implementation of Generation 6 Battery Swap Centers, aligning with BMW’s strategic objectives and ensuring adherence to corporate requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison between BMW National Sales Company, authorized repairers, and other key stakeholders, providing guidance and support for successful center establishment.
  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with BMW’s stringent requirements for battery handling, workshop readiness, and personnel qualifications.
  • Resource Planning: Assist authorized repairers in acquiring the necessary tools and facilities to meet BMW’s standards, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Train and Qualify: Work with training providers to ensure personnel are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for GEN6 HV battery swaps.
  • Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of processes for handling, storing, and recycling GEN6 HV batteries, promoting sustainability and safety.

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to battery handling and workshop operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are looking for you as of October 2025 until December 2026 and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview.
