Apply now!Core ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will ensure effective T&A and Payroll processes primarily for our colleagues in retail on a global level, serving as a process guardian when introducing new business or legal requirements.Moreover, you will:Resolve complex issues within payroll, absence and attendance areasResolve change requests together with IT and business usersDrive and participate in exciting projects related to Payroll and Time Management for retail stores, factories and officesWork closely across our Employee Services organisation and ServiceDesk to ensure a smooth working day to our colleagues globallyInnovate and develop for simplification and automation where possibleMentor more junior colleaguesThis position is recruited as a maternity cover (for 1,5 years) located in Prague, and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.Play your part in our team succeedingBusiness Process & Information is part of our Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience with process work, preferably in a global companyExperience of specialist knowledge into Time & Attendance and payroll processes, integrations and technology (UKG, SAP, Workday or similar)Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and HR Technology vendors (Workday)Strong desire to get the details right and a mindset of legal and compliant process designWhat would be an advantage:Knowledge of agile ways of workingContinuous improvement methodology/experienceAs a person, you are curious, brave and an excellent collaborator with great communication skills, and you put an effort into getting the job done.
