Job description: We’re searching for a collaborative, creative, and enthusiastic Sr. Communications Specialist, EMEA to join NinjaOne’s Global Corporate Communications team for a 12-month contract. Based in our Berlin office, you’ll support the global marketing team to build brand awareness across the EMEA region.In this role, you’ll focus on high-impact work—crafting compelling thought leadership content, supporting marketing campaigns, and making NinjaOne famous. You’ll also support the global public relations program, including Public Relations agency management, short- and long-form content development, awards submissions, reporting, and more.And here’s the big one: you need to be a great writer. We’re looking for someone who gets excited about putting words to work—whether it’s a press release, commentary, or media pitch. If you love storytelling and can distill complex ideas into snappy, engaging copy, we’d like to speak with you.What You’ll Be Doing:Writing and editing. A lot. Think: press releases, bylined articles, media commentary, award applications, and other content that gets us noticed.Supporting multi-channel campaigns—from events to major product announcements.Collaborating with our EMEA marketing and creative teams to build standout PR content and bridge the gap between EMEA and global communications.Helping adapt our global narratives and campaigns to EMEA audiences.Leading our global PR reporting engine to keep a pulse on the metrics that matter.Scoping out industry trends and competitor moves to stay ahead of the curve.What You Bring:3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, or communications—bonus points for SaaS or tech.A way with words: You know how to write content people actually want to read.Strong English writing/editing skills.
