As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr. Site Security Manager to join our team and lead our security operations in Denmark.Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily security operations in Denmark, supporting the Head of Security Operations for DK, WE & MEA in deploying and implementing the security strategic priorities for the region.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive implementation of appropriate and cost-effective security solutions for all LEGO sites in Denmark.
• Ensure the existing security infrastructure at the sites is operating and maintained in accordance to global LEGO Security standards
• This implies ongoing review and recommendations to standards and procedures in close dialogue with the Security Excellence Center, Global Command Center and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage security services in collaboration with the selected partner, continuously monitoring and optimizing quality of service and cost efficiency. Lead loss & theft prevention and investigations for Denmark.
• Establish and drive local Site Emergency Management Team (SEMT) including establishing Contingency Plans, driving Business Continuity Planning and education and training of SEMT team members.

The primary role is to ensure business continuity by protecting the company & employees from critical security incidents, ensuring efficient responses to incidents and preventing physical leaks and thefts of intellectual property & critical assets. This includes safety aspects of various events and travel security.As Senior Site Security Manager, you are the part of the Security DK, WE&MEA Team, where you are encouraged to contribute to deploy the strategic priorities locally in Denmark and managing all security operations in the facilities and outdoor areas, cross sites support the security teams, collaborating closely with DK, WE & MEA Leadership Team (LT), key partners (Production, Legal, PO&D, Procurement, RBP, Imp & Exp, MWH etc.) Site Emergency Management Team (SEMT), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Local Command Center (LCC), Global Command Center (GCC), and Security Excellence Center (SEC).Do you have what it takes?

• Experienced in working with security management from the corporate or public sector, preferably from a large international corporation.
• Experience with handling outsourcing contracts and risk assessment along with security solution design
• Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems (preferably GENETEC) would be beneficial
• Crisis Management – Ability to respond and act efficiently in crisis and implement Contingency Plans and related operational emergency response plans and procedures.
• Experienced, and motivated, in navigating in the area from strategy to operations and where you master the translation between strategies and operations.
• Ability to speak, write and read in both English and Danish is required.
