Bring us your capability, and we’ll help you take it much, much further.What you’ll be doingTo maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them up to date with all East Sussex Highways matters, responding to their enquiries and concerns to provide an end-to-end customer experience and adopting a “Right First Time” Approach.

  • Providing a professional and timely response to your key stakeholders enquiries, this will include elected members, parishes and East Sussex County Council.
  • Taking ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to resolution within agreed timescales and maintaining a complete and accurate record of all contact within our CRM system.
  • Proactively calling your key stakeholders to provide them with updates and seek clarification on any issues.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your key stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long lasting and trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
  • Attending meetings in person and online with stakeholders regarding upcoming roadworks contributing to the planning works using local knowledge and previous concerns recorded.

  • Proven experience within a similar role working with Stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage expectations of Key Stakeholders and communicate professionally.
  • Working to deadlines and prioritising workload.
  • Ability to build professional, long lasting relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
