We are seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to enhance our agile approach and play a pivotal role in developing and executing a combined strategy within financial crime solutions.Who are we?We are based in an agile set-up wherein our colleagues are developing solutions to fight financial crime themed in ‘fraud’, ‘sanctions’, ‘Transaction monitoring’ and KYC in a tribe set-up. Our department is committed to integrating strategic initiatives with business objectives to combat financial crime effectively. We collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our strategies are aligned with overarching goals, creating a proactive and guiding environment.You will join a team known for its collaborative spirit and innovative projects.Role Description:As a Business Analyst, you will lead strategic planning efforts and execute plans within an agile framework.Your role involves:

• Developing and executing strategic plans within an agile framework.
• Leading the Annual Business Review process to build a robust portfolio for future initiatives.
• Managing the Quarterly Business Review process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with teams to integrate business goals with strategic plans.

Candidate Profile:We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in strategy consulting, particularly in financial crime. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in strategy consulting, especially in financial crime.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and strategic dynamics.
• Expertise within data processing in Tableau, Excel, Jira is desired.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive leadership insights through data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic plans.
• Effective communication skills with proficiency in English.
