You’ll partner with leaders and teams across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive our HR Strategy forward.Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and shape the workforce aligned with our strategy
  • Use HR data and metrics to steer strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute the talent management agenda, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Participate in the design and implementation of transformation processes within the Group
  • Use and drive implementation of HR technologies, including AI-based tools
  • Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, programs, and policies to meet the evolving needs of our organization and drive employee experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees

Required Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or business experience
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
  • A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone
