Apply now for a life-changing career!Your new roleIn this pivotal role, you will be at the center of decision-making, supporting the Global Head of Public Affairs and the Global Leadership team in executing initiatives that align with Novo Nordisk’s mission and objectives. As a trusted partner to the leadership team, you will work alongside dedicated professionals in a dynamic and inspiring environment, providing you with the platform to influence our organization’s direction and impact.Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

• Supporting the Global Head of Public Affairs and the Global Leadership team in executing strategic initiatives across the Public Affairs organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Overseeing high-level governance forums by establishing strategically relevant agendas, preparing meeting presentations, creating pre-read materials, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure accountability
• Leading capability-building initiatives to foster the necessary skills and expertise within the Public Affairs organization, ensuring the organization is equipped for success
• Managing community-building activities such as the Global Public Affairs Summit and Global Calls, curating the agenda and content to reflect our strategic objectives and the organization’s capability-building needs
• Driving key team activities, including planning off-site and team meetings within the Global Public Affairs and Government Relations team, in close coordination with the Personal Assistant

• A master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in public affairs, public policy, consultancy, or a strategic support role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to analyze and condense complex information into actionable insights and clear directives
• Professional proficiency in English. Danish is plus
• A collaborative mindset with a record of effectively driving strategic projects and engaging with diverse teams
• A keen ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
