Job description: Job DescriptionAre you ready for the next step in your procurement career?Within CAPEX & MRO procurement we are global responsible for sourcing and defining the global category direction, including supply market intelligence, vendor selection and global contracting. We will drive this through strong and systematic category management on all sub categories (Moulding, Moulds & Moulds Manufacturing, Processing, Packing, HBW, Innovation support and Global MRO)!Core Responsibilities

  • Support category plans and drive the category sourcing process, applying category insights as well as securing external perspectives, bringing to bear the LEGO Group’s strategy
  • Being driver of analytics activities i.e supervise market and supplier development, ensuring benchmarking, support developing new suppliers
  • Support in development and implementation of supply chain resiliency and business continuity plans for critical equipment suppliers in collaboration with the business.
  • Strong collaboration with local teams from other procurement categories ensuring a “One Procurement” team approach to governance and compliance, especially across production-site procurement
  • Supplier management, securing a scalable and flexible global supply base
  • Conduct commercial negotiations

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant expertise within procurement, project management and/or engineering in an international company
  • Expect 10-15 days of travelling per year
