Join Tryg as a Strategic Transformation Manager in our Insurance Technical Excellence division (CTO).You’ll be part of a central team at the forefront of our transformation journey, helping deliver high-priority initiatives that shape the future of our business.About the Role | Driving Strategic ExecutionAs Strategic Transformation Manager, you will support the execution of key initiatives within Tryg’s 2027-strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, effective delivery across areas such as Pricing, Products, Underwriting, and AI.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives within our 2027-strategy and beyond, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Managing project timelines, tracking progress, and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborating with senior leaders and project leads to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Identifying and solving challenges to maintain momentum.
• Conducting data analysis and preparing executive-level presentations.

About You | Consulting or Financial Sector ExperienceWe are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with:

• From 2-4 years of full-time work experience, including 1-2 years in management consulting, investment banking, or similar, is required.
• Experience from large corporations (preferably in the financial sector) is a plus.
• A master’s degree in economics, business, or a related field, with strong academic results.
• A practical and focused approach – you are detail-oriented, take initiative, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges effortlessly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills – you communicate effectively and build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills – you can translate insights into clear, executive-level presentations.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian), both written and spoken, is required.
