You will contribute to implementing the updated strategy for Personal Customers from plan to action – by connecting strategy to digital development and ensuring alignment and traction in the execution.Be part of the teamThe Strategy Execution Team is the department driving the execution of the Forward ’28 strategy in Personal Customers. The Strategy Execution Team focuses on i) orchestrating the execution of strategic-initiatives, ii) ensuring clear decision making, consistent prioritization and management of dependencies and risks and iii) ensuring ongoing alignment with other business units and group functions.In Strategy Execution you will join the Digital Strategy Execution team who works together to translate Forward ’28 into actionable plans through ensuring that digital development aligns seamlessly with strategic needs and that deliveries are consistent with overall execution roadmap. Supporting leadership in driving agile governance processes, including yearly and quarterly planning for the tribes within the Personal Customers domain.About the roleIn this role you will collaborate closely with the Forward ’28 Programme Management Office (PMO) and Strategy Execution Program Managers, as well as with other entities in the group that are following up on strategy execution.Some examples of work tasks include:

  • Formulating digital development themes with tribes, including setting strategic directions, ensuring consistency with overarching execution roadmap, and aligning with business owners.
  • Leading agile governance initiatives to enhance strategic decision-making and optimise resource allocation within the Personal Customer domain. This includes prioritising digital development while ensuring alignment between business goals, budgets, and capacity.
  • Creating transparency on digital development traction and following up on the realisation of key digital development outcomes throughout the year.

What you’ll need to thriveWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in bridging strategy and digital development.The role requires:

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders, confidently navigating sensitive topics.
  • A combination of strong commercial and business understanding with a keen interest in digital development.
  • Consulting and project management skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in growth.
  • A strong drive to connect with stakeholders and the ability to work effectively independently.

You will be responsible for your own assignments, and we trust that you drive and manage tasks to complete them effectively.Your backgroundTo succeed, you will bring analytical and problem-solving skills to the team. You excel at translating qualitative and quantitative analysis into tangible recommendations and communicating complex subjects clearly and concisely. As a person, you enjoy collaborating with others and are always ready to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.We expect you to have:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, IT, or law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy execution, or consultancy.
  • An affinity with digital development and agile ways of working.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for various storytelling purposes.
  • A structured approach with the ability to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • An ongoing drive for insights, improving existing concepts to maximize customer satisfaction.
