Job description: My client,a well-established engineering consultancy with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. This is a full-time, permanent role offering involvement in a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, retail, hotel, educational, and industrial sectors.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering projects through all stages — from initial design to construction — while collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams.Key Requirements:3+ years’ experience in structural or civil engineeringStrong understanding of structural systems and detailing for buildings and infrastructureExperience with drainage, utilities, and SUDS design is an advantageFamiliarity with Irish planning processes and DMURS standardsConfident preparing reports (e.g. infrastructure, drainage, flood risk assessments)
