At LEO Pharma we have a clear reward strategy, a solid Performance Management Process supporting a high-performance culture and over the past years we have implemented and/or globalized our core processes.Role DescriptionYour focus will be supporting on various assignments within our team. Offering you the opportunity to gain both deep and broad insights. You will be involved in global processes and projects, providing analytical and administrative support. You can look forward to working on assignments such as:

• Provide general administrative assistance to the Performance & Rewards Team, including incentive programs, employee insured benefits and employee share purchase plans.
• Support the team on analytics, cost modelling of reward programs, and presentations.
• Support update of systems, excel tools and templates with information on shared platforms.
• Support as a project member on various Rewards and HR operations projects.
• Provide ad hoc support (Update our internal site and communication channels, meetings etc.)

You are effective at building strong relationships and understand professional differences.We expect you to:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or just enrolled in a master’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and able to meaningfully communicate the results of your analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English as this is our corporate language. It is important that you can communicate effectively and confidently in English.
