You will also have the chance to gain hands-on experience in bioinformatics, deepen your understanding of the value chain, and develop expertise in managing clinical data within a regulated environment.Your key responsibilities would include:

• Perform data analysis on omics datasets (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics) using bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
• Develop and execute scripts in R for data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and generate actionable insights.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest bioinformatics tools, methods, and trends.

Your qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field.
• Proficiency in R for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with omics data analysis (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics).
• Strong understanding of bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
• Basic understanding of molecular biology and biological systems.
