  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Accounting
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Qualification and Skills:

  • Advanced English – effective communication both in oral and written form
  • Programming experience is welcome
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (Java / C# scripting is also welcome)
  • Experience with debugging JavaScript, XML, and REST based integrations is a big advantage
  • Web Services (SOAP, JSON), XML/HTML/CSS, Networking; ODBC and advanced knowledge of SQL are an advantage
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems is an advantage
  • Analytical skills with focus on detail
  • Able to understand customer’s business processes
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • A sense for prioritization
  • Able to think outside the box and to come up with creative solutions for our customers’ concerns

Responsibilities:– Assist customers with product related inquiries, which may include debugging of new and existing code.– Identify urgency of issues and prioritizing them accordingly.– Use and adapt your ingenuity to resolve concerns based on customer’s requirements.– Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.– Communicate effectively with individuals/teams to ensure high standard of customer satisfaction.– Creating and updating knowledge base articles when new features in the software are implemented.Qualifications:Career Level – IC2About Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
