• Analyze and forecast demand to develop accurate production and procurement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans with customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through monitoring and regular audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolution of discrepancies.
• Create production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
• Coordinate with manufacturing factories for timely execution.
• Streamline supply chain processes by collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Track and communicate delivery schedules and potential disruptions.
• Gather and analyze planning, inventory, and production performance data.
• Generate reports and provide insights to management.
• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement best practices and contribute to supply chain optimization projects.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, production scheduling, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in using planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
