Meath.As a Support Worker, you will provide practical, emotional, and social support to individuals in supported living and community settings. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, helping service users achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.As an agency Support Worker you will benefit from working flexible hours that would suit your lifestyle.Requirements of this Support Worker job

• QQI Level 5 Certificate in Healthcare (minimum course modules obtained: Care of the Elderly and Care Skills) with at least 6 months’ experience.
• Valid certificates for Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Infection Control, Patient Manual Handling.
• Eligible to work in Ireland, EU passport or valid IRP card.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards.

Responsibilities of this Support Worker job

• Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and promoting independence.
• Support service users in community engagement, social activities, and skill development.
