We invite you to join us in our ambitious journey to expand our Center of Excellence service scope with a focus on sustainability and value creation!Core ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be a key driver in crafting, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk & control management setup across our sustainability process. You will work closely with global partners throughout the business to embed risk management, optimize processes, implement controls, and ensure a strong governance structure built around the COSO-Framework:
- Enhance Process Governance: Improve our current risk and control matrix with an end-to-end process perspective, aligning with industry standards and optimizing governance.
- Risk & Control Advisory: Act as a sparring partner to our collaborators, providing advice and recommendations for risk and control improvements.
- Executive Reporting: Report to top management on risk exposure, control performance, and observations, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Audit Support: Assist team members in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and strong control frameworks.
- Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model to embed a risk and control mentality across the Group, reinforcing our dedication to high standards of governance.
Play your part in our team succeedingAs part of the Sustainability Risk & Compliance team, you will work within a global environment, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to govern end-to-end processes with a focus on value-adding controls for our sustainability process.Do you have what it takes?
- Educational Background: Cand. Merc. Aud. or equivalent, with proven of experience from an international audit firm or global organization.
- Risk & Control Expertise: Proven experience with 2nd Line of Defence activities, including the identification, design, and deployment of controls.
- Change Management: Experience in communication and training as part of implementing a risk & control mentality and related policies.
- Performance-driven: Displayed proficiency in delivering solid results through the enhancement of functional knowledge and experience.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach that fosters team productivity and success.
- Ethics & Integrity: A strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to a maximum of 3 weeks per year
