Contribute to documentation (e.g., SDD, TRRD), identify architectural improvements, and stay updated on IT infrastructure and solution best practices.
Lead and participate in IT systems/infrastructure design, develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, and ensure alignment with governance.
Collaborate with Product Management and Release Train Engineers to deliver technology solutions, and guide implementation of architectural principles.
Define, track, and manage Non-Functional Requirements; coach teams on areas like SRE, monitoring, root cause identification, and technology best practices.
