This role is driving recruitment efforts – working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire the right people across 6 countries. From building future pipelines to refining our tech and elevating the candidate experience, you’ll help us grow smarter and sharper.In practice, you will:

• Partner with hiring managers to start up and close down recruitments
• Draft job ads, advise on sourcing strategies, and publish listings
• Actively search for candidates through various platforms and channels
• Build future pipelines for business-critical or high-turnover roles
• Keep processes structured and ensure candidates always receive a follow-up
• Support hiring managers during interviews and help them stay on track
• Facilitate engaging training sessions on recruitment and hiring practices
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to boost our Employer Brand
• Introduce automation, workflow improvements, or sourcing tools to scale our efforts

This might be for you if…
You have experience in recruitment or talent attraction (agency or in-house), and you’re a natural collaborator. You like tech and structure… and love improving it. You’re not afraid of tools, data, or spreadsheets – and also not afraid to rewrite a job ad to make it feel more human.You likely:

• Enjoy connecting with people and helping them succeed
• Have strong time management skills and keep things moving even without all the answers
• Are comfortable advising managers, presenting, and facilitating
• Have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Love experimenting with tech, tools, and smarter workflows (hello AI 😉)
• Communicate clearly in English and Danish
• Are curious, creative, and not afraid to test new ideas
