Job description: Job IntroductionFrequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. You will have sound knowledge of international tax and the necessary experience to take responsibility for tasks independently.Key Tasks

• Supervision of the transfer pricing agenda, including ongoing development of the transfer pricing system and related documentation
• Handling of tax-related enquiries within the Frequentis Group
• Tax risk assessment as part of the offer process (early identification of tax risks and development of mitigation strategies)
• Support in project management with regard to tax compliance
• Support and advice on permanent establishments abroad from a tax perspective
• Preparation and processing of tax returns abroad, coordination and interface with foreign tax advisors
• Internal point of contact for ongoing questions regarding VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax abroad
• Participation in special projects (M&A, reorganisations)

Key Qualifications

• Completed university degree or university of applied sciences in law and/or economics
• Several years of practical experience in international taxation, either in tax consulting or in the tax department of a company
• Completed tax advisor examination or comparable qualification (Finanzamt) is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian tax law
