Job description: We are looking for a committed and reliable team assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in the successful and smooth handling of day-to-day business in the process technology sector. You will not only take on classic assistance tasks, but will also be responsible for administrative activities within the scope of our exciting projects.Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily internal and external correspondence
• Preparation of meetings including taking notes
• Creation of presentations and preparation, maintenance and updating of documents
• Preparation of information and statistics
• Administration and archiving of documents and customer samples
• Project coordination and participation in scheduling and resource planning
• Support in the administration of IT systems

Requirements:

• a completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA or equivalent)
• solid IT skills (MS-Office)
• good written and spoken German and English
• technical interest desirable
• personal responsibility, good organizational skills and flexibility
• ability to work under pressure and interdisciplinary thinking
