• Administrative and organizational support for the whole finance department
• Management of purchase orders and invoices (preparation of budget data, purchase orders, monitoring as well as audit of accounts)
• Organization of meetings
• Preparation and creation of presentations, protocols and analysis
• Preparation of expense reports, document management and filing

Ihr Profil

• Commercial education with ideally focus on finance
• First relevant professional experience as an assistant, ideally in a finance department
• Proficient in English and German
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Committed and communicative team player
• Structured way of working
• Service-oriented – proactive – affinity for data
