This role offers you the unique opportunity to make an impact, enjoy autonomy, and continuously grow.Our Broker & Partner Operations team is the central interface for collaboration with financing intermediaries, broker platforms, and strategic partners. They ensure that our processes – from application to disbursement – are efficient, customer-focused, and scalable, while maintaining close relationships with our most important external partners.The team consists of motivated, solution-oriented colleagues who do their best every day to provide small businesses with capital quickly and easily. The team works closely with colleagues from Business Development, Product, Strategy, and Customer Service and places particular emphasis on personal responsibility, personal development, and a healthy dose of fun at work.The requirementsSeveral years of experience in a senior operations or partner management role.Strong analytical skills and a keen sense for efficient processes.Proven experience in leading and developing teams.Clear, persuasive communication – both internally and externally.Hands-on mentality and the desire to continuously improve.Experience in the banking or fintech sector.Experience in project management.Responsibility & OpportunitiesYou lead the Broker Operations team, promote its development through mentoring and coaching, and support your employees with daily challenges and decisions.You strengthen personal responsibility within the team and actively contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.You maintain an overview of ongoing applications and assist with complex cases, new partners, or difficult decisions on our platform (ANT). You combine data knowledge with common sense.You plan and are responsible for your team’s OKRs – from definition and implementation to regular performance monitoring and communication.You ensure the timely and accurate payment of commissions to our brokers and guarantee smooth internal and external billing processes.You work closely with Product Management, Business Development, Customer Service, and Commercial Strategy to generate more applications, optimize processes and API integrations, and quickly resolve technical issues in the funnel.You will build strong relationships with the sales leads of our key brokers, understand their needs, and jointly improve processes – with a practical, data-driven approach and a healthy dose of pragmatism.You will analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement, and implement targeted measures to increase efficiency and quality.You will continuously develop yourself and your team – with the goal of creating the best solutions for our partners and iwoca.CompensationWe expect to pay from €65.000 – €80.000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.Term of ContractThis position is limited to 12 months as parental leave cover.
