Sie verantworten die kundenorientierte Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs und arbeiten eng mit dem benachbarten Field Service Team zusammen.Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie aktiv das Service Management bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Service-Strategie.Aufgaben:
