Job description: Your challengeJoin the newly established Group IT department at Greiner Group, where we support IT operations across all Greiner divisions globally since our launch on January 1st 2025. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to steer our talented IT experts in Inbound to Outbound process area.In this role, you will inherit the expertise of one of our most seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable knowledge and insights. • Develop a clear strategy for the application or service aligned with business goals, considering business requirements;
• Collaborate with other IT stakeholders to align on solution drafts, focusing on feasibility and operability;
• Design quality, secure, and resilient new or improved services;
• Ensure effective communication with various stakeholders, users, and relevant teams and fostering relationships and consult the business side to establish the interface between business and IT to accurately capture business’ requirements;
• Oversee the support (incl. updates and patches) for application and service-related topics for the respective business applications;
• Manage the support, updates, and patches for application and service-related topics for business applications;
• Ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and standards, regulatory requirements, and GxP requirements for CSV, if applicable.
• Manage IT Business process related projects;
• Oversee budget and plan the logistic processes and applications based on specifications requested by the logistic departments;

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field; alternatively, relevant vocational training plus several years of professional experience;
• 5+ years of professional experience in business application consulting in the relevant field SAP logistics modules (WM/LES; EWM; SAP TM; Transporen);
• Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment;
• Deep understanding of business processes and their interacting with IT systems;
• High proficiency in understanding data management and system integration;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, aligning them with strategic objectives, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve organizational goals;
• Demonstrates exceptional motivation and commitment, often inspiring and leading others to achieve high-level goals and excellence;
• Innovative thinking, contributing with ideas and approaches, challenging the status quo to drive progress and improvement across larger scopes;
• Eager to learn and grow as a professional, stays updated with the latest developments, mentors others, fosters a culture of learning within their organization;
• Mastery in making high-stakes decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization, considering long-term impacts and stakeholder interests;

The annual gross salary is around EUR 80.000.
