Job description: Huawei’s Vienna Research Center is responsible for advanced magnetic technology research, material and process development, design and strategic engineering of our magnetic component.Now we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who would like to support our work as Technical Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in leased labor for 24 months.Join us as aTechnical Business Development Manager (m/f/d) – Leased Labor (24 months)Your mission

• Deeply gain insight into local advantageous resources and industries, attract investment from HQ, and assist in expanding the business scope of Vienna Research Center
• Establish and continuously maintain a good ecosystem relationship with local resources, assist in cooperation, procurement processes
• Work closely with the platform of Munich Research Center and Austria Rep Office to localize the platform’s operation requirements for cooperation, procurement, and information security based on local laws and regulations, and develop standard document processes to ensure correct implementation and business compliance
• Collaborate with the financial platform to assist the research center in budget planning, application, and management
• Meet any other ad-hoc requests when necessary

Your areas of expertise

• Master’s degree or above, Major in the field of Micro-electronics/Electronic engineering/ Power electronics/ Information Technologies/ Mechatronics, etc
• 7+ years of working experience as Business Development Manager, Technical Cooperation Manager, Technical Consultant is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
• Independent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Service-oriented, approachable, ability to learn quickly and adoptive to a fast working environment
• Very good planning and organizing skills
