With a close launch ahead, the programme is moving fast and requires strong execution support to succeed. The initiative spans multiple tech and business areas and is spearheading transformation across AWS, API maturity, Kafka, vendor collaboration, and more.We are already strengthening our capabilities in programme management, change and communication. However, we now seek a Technical Execution Lead to provide hands-on execution support and remove technical roadblocks across tribes and vendors.About the Technical Execution Lead RoleAs Technical Execution Lead, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day technical coordination and problem-solving within the Digital-Front-Door programme. You will work closely with internal tech teams, vendors, and programme leadership to ensure fast issue resolution, architectural alignment, and execution transparency.You will report to the Digital-Front-Door Lead and work under the mandate of senior leadership. This is a temporary, full-time role running until the successful launch and stabilization of the Digital-Front-Door platform, after which responsibility will transition to tribes within Danske Bank.You will work in close collaboration with the Backbase Execution Lead and serve as a key link between platform, product, architecture, and vendor management teams.Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and escalate technical obstacles – and follow through on resolving them
• Actively track and drive progress across tech tribes and domains
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with IT Leads and architects across key contributing teams
• Support and relieve internal stakeholders, including Contract Owners, Platform Owners, and Domain Architects
• Collaborate closely with business leads to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Drive vendor management for Backbase, including coordination of consultant deployment and adherence to roadmap and delivery guidelines
• Suggest and implement creative workarounds or solutions to overcome technical hurdles

What competencies are we looking for?

• Strong technical project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programmes
• Deep technical understanding of modern architectures and platforms (e.g. AWS, APIs, event streaming)
• Execution-oriented mindset with a willingness to “push through” challenges and ambiguity
• Comfortable working in high-complexity environments with many stakeholders and competing priorities
• Social and political awareness to challenge constructively and maintain strong relationships
• Strong ownership, structure, and accountability – you follow through until the job is done
• Proactive problem-solver with a structured and creative approach
