Job description: Our Fintech client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a Technical Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring top tech talent across EMEA, partnering with hiring manager and HR. This role will be working fully onsite.RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED– Create and adapt effective recruiting processes to attract the best talent.– Source and screen candidates through various recruitment– Conduct initial screening and candidate interviews to assess candidates’ skills– Develop an understanding of tech vacancy requirements– Management of offer processes– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelineEXPERIENCE REQUIRED– 3+ years recruitment experience (Technical recruitment experience, highly desirable.– Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement experience– Multi-country recruitment experience, preferable– Experience utilising and maintaining accurate data on ATSFor further information please contact Maryclaire Booth – or +353(01)6146027
