Job description: Job Description Summary As a Technical Steward with focus on Visual Inspection, you will be responsible for driving the process as well as bringing the innovation to the Visual inspection process.
You will act as a Novartis Employer Brand Ambassador to the external market by responsibly dealing with all colleagues internally, as well as networking externally while showcasing Novartis Values and Behaviors to the core.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:

  • Drive and bring innovation related to Visual Inspection processes and automatization of Visual Inspection Lines
  • Support Visual Inspection activities within Drug Product Schaftenau, including, inter alia, support on deviation investigation and compilation of risk assessments
  • Indirect management of different Stakeholders for creation and maintenance of Product specific recipes in the Automated Visual Inspection lines
  • Act as a Global expert within Novartis on Visual Inspection topics
  • Coordination of cross-department Projects
  • Be a Novartis representant in cross-companies conference exchange with respect to Visual Inspection topics
  • Author of Standard Operation Procedure for product specific qualification on the Automated Visual Inspection

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Experience in GMP manufacturing relevant to the specialist area of expertise.
  • Understanding of the process (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects).
  • Education & Qualification – BSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree.
  • Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English and ideally proficient in German
