Your role includes benchmarking against other Zones and Global standards and presenting results on top level management.What will you be doing:Control and provide visibility on IT/IS resources in Europe: drive execution of projects and routines for IT/IS in the whole Zone, understand cost drivers (price and consumption) ensure SLAs and present these to stakeholders.Improve efficiency and effectiveness for IT/IS: provide analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the IT/IS actions and projects by conducting belt projects/PDCA, by benchmarking with other Zones & Global and by identifying and sharing Good Practices.Budgeting and build rolling forecast: prepare the financial plan for each year for all Solutions entities (i.e. for IT/IS, Solutions Management & Solutions Value Creation), build the forecast every month for the rest of the year in cooperation with the relevant Directors.Manage actual costs and analyze results: collaborate with IT Directors and the FP&A, Procurement and Directors of the different countries to ensure that we keep the spends below the budget and targets.
