A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.The primary focus of this role is the planning, installation, withdrawal and maintenance of Diageo Ireland permanent and temporary equipment, including the positioning of key Diageo consumer facing brands. This includes all pubs, hotels, restaurants, stadia, and major event venues.The objective is to represent Diageo in a professional manner and to deliver their trusted quality programme in outlets across the role.This temporary role will also involve supporting our Dispense Team with a significant amount of beer line cleaning on a relief basis.This role is a secondment backfill until October 2025.Location South East Coast to DublinClosing date for applications is 8th of August 2025 5pmThe Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

  • The primary responsibility is planning, installation, withdrawal, and maintenance of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment;
  • To complete all outlet refurbishments, system upgrades and tap resites;

· Completing dispense line hygiene procedure to a scheduled journey plan;· To respond to and resolve customer Emergency Calls;· Accurate management of equipment stocks in district;· Accurate recording of Diageo Ireland assets in trade;· Stock and equipment reporting in trade;· Product Quality Tracking and reporting;· To carry out Age of Beer reporting and return beer tagging;· To build and maintain strong customer relationships;· To assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades when required;· To carry out tap resites when required;· The installation and withdrawal of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment when required;· Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required;· All of the above to be completed to company standard and within all specified SLA’s;· To operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and client;· To work within industry health and safety standards;· To generate new ideas and ways of working· To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers· To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line managerExperience:

  • Experience of working in the on trade sector
  • Experience of customer facing role
  • Experience using handheld tools
  • Experience diagnosing faults
  • Experience of reading technical drawings and advantage

Qualifications (only if applicable):

  • Education to Leaving Certificate
  • Qualification in a trade is desirable

Expected salary: €35000 per year
