Job description: NorSea Denmark is a leading provider of integrated logistics and operations and maintenance services for the offshore, defense, and energy sectors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Tender Manager to lead our tender processes and help us secure exciting and complex projects.Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the entire tender process – from analysis and strategy to submission of proposal and follow-up.
- Prepare and quality-assure tender documents in close collaboration with subject matter experts in operations, legal, and finance teams.
- Identify and analyze tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents and understand client requirements, and pinpoint key areas for the winning proposal
- Work with your marketing colleagues on Activity Based Marketing to increase awareness and improve hit rate
- Clarifying bid conditions and preparing risk and mitigation analysis
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and tender requirements.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of our tender strategy and tools.
We Imagine You Bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience with tender management, preferably within the energy, logistics, or related industries.
- A structured and analytical approach to complex tasks.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal in English and Danish.
- Experience with project management with strong time management skills
- You love to drive the engagement of people in cross-functional collaboration to reach the target in a team effort – led by you.
- You bring a passion for understanding the client’s business pain-points and translating this into key deliverables to make the winning proposal – and possibly set new high standards for NorSea operational capabilities
- Familiarity with tender portals and relevant IT tools (e.g., Office 365, Business Central, CRM systems).
- If you bring an understanding of contract law, this would be an extra plus
