  • Perform analyses on market developments and trends including demand and price developments to support the transformation of the F&F business towards a leading European producer of sustainable fuels and chemical feedstocks.
  • Assess the various technology pathways to enable the technical transformation of F&F as well as monitor the legislative development with regards to the EU’s “Clean Industrial Deal” (formerly known as “Green Deal”) and assess its implication on the F&F business.
  • Analyze the F&F transformation project portfolio of the F&F division, derive conclusions and management recommendations to support portfolio decisions.
  • Identify relevant external and internal data sources leveraging new data collection processes. Improve data collection and analysis by implementing an IT solution and/or database.
  • Filter the data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
  • Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.

Your profile

  • University/Master -degree (diploma) in Industrial engineering ideally in combination with Business/Economics or related fields.
  • Analytically strong, flexible in adapting to different situations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and capability to relay complex matter in a cohesive and structured fashion to various levels of the organization.
  • Structured approach to working with cross-functional/ cross-divisional teams towards common purpose and excellent conceptual and flexible thinking skills.
  • Ability to bridge between digital, technical and commercials teams and strategic thinking as well as entrepreneurial mindset and good understanding for cost and result drivers.
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
