Job description: We are seeking a Relationship Manager with strong, hands-on experience across corporate services, particularly within Owner Trustee structures. This role requires a proven track record in SPV onboarding and trustee administration, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day account operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of GCM accounts with a strong focus on Owner Trustee services
• Lead SPV and trustee onboarding, ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance
• Act as primary contact for clients, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Review legal documentation and coordinate transaction closings
• Maintain high service standards while ensuring risk and audit requirements are met
• Identify and support new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in corporate services with a focus on SPV and trustee onboarding
• Strong understanding of owner trustee structures and related regulatory frameworks
• Ability to review and interpret legal documents
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational capabilities

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• Experience in a trustee, fund administration, or financial services environment

Expected salary: €45000 – 55000 per year
