If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Moderation:Monitor and filter inappropriate content to ensure safe and positive user interactionsImplement and update classifiers to detect sensitive topics and maintain community standardsBehavior Adjustment:Use prompt engineering to guide AI behavior while maintaining natural conversationsPolicy and Compliance:Define and enforce content moderation policies that align with company values and legal requirementsEnsure compliance with global content regulations and ethical standardsUnderstand socially acceptable NSFW behavior and clearly distinguish it from prohibited and unacceptable conduct on the platformUser Feedback and Improvement:Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance moderation systemsContinuously improve user experience based on user interactions and emerging trendsMultilingual and Cultural Adaptation:Oversee LLMs in a multilingual environment to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive moderationAddress regional and cultural nuances to maintain inclusive and engaging experiencesDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related subjectsFamiliarity with content moderation systems and classifiers for detecting sensitive topicsProficiency in administering computer systemsExperience with prompt engineering and LLM behavior adjustmentExperience in communicating complex technical systems to laymenExperience with managing large-scale customer feedbackSoft SkillsStrong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)Ownership and commitment – we’re looking for owners, not rentersDoer mindset – we are moving fast, and we need people who can find the right balance between software craftsmanship and velocityUser-centricity – you are proud of what you build, and you share our obsession for an amazing user experience#NSFW – you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content
