If you’re passionate about technology and looking for a role that offers variety, challenges, and the chance to make a real impact, this is the job for you.Your Key Responsibilities:As an SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) DUoS (Distribution Use of System) Billing & FICA Manager you will:

• Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirements.
• Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
• Customize SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) DUoS (Distribution Use of System) Billing and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable functionalities to meet the specific needs of clients, including Usage-based billing, Flexible pricing models, Contract Accounts, Payment Processing, Dunning, Integration with other modules and Reporting
• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA, considering best practices and industry standards.
• Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Produce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.
• Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team
• Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events.

Skills and Attributes for Success:To excel in this role, you should have:

• A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering in SAP IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
• Experience in implementation of S/4HANA IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA solutions for utilities industry.
• Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
• In depth knowledge of SAP IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems
• Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Relevant SAP certifications in Utilities or related modules
• Experience with other utility modules like device management, billing and customer management.
• Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP IS-U DUoS Billing & FICA solutions
