- Independent teaching in the field of personality psychology, differential psychology and assessment
- Supervision of students incl. supervision of bachelor theses
- Collaboration in organisational, administrative and network tasks
- Continuing education
Your profile
- Completed relevant doctoral or PhD studies in psychology or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge in the key areas of the MUSEMAP research field, namely at the intersection of personality, emotion and music research
- Methodological expertise in the areas mentioned, preferably also in psychophysiological measurement methodology and/or affective computing
- Advanced knowledge of multivariate statistics (e.g. latent profile analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, ML models)
- Proven teaching skills
- Excellent publications in international journals
- Ability to produce high-quality scientific writing in English
- International networking and experience
- Willingness to acquire research-related third-party funding
- Independence and personal responsibility
- Leadership skills in dealing with students
- Ability to work in a team
- Letter of motivation explaining the ability to connect to the above-mentioned research priorities
- The language of instruction is German. If you do not yet have the relevant language skills, you are expected to be willing to acquire them in the foreseeable future at a level appropriate to the teaching activity
