Job description: UX/UI Designer Dublin North (Around the Airport)Immediate startSalary €60,000 per yearAn excellent contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced UX Designer to join the Digital team and innovation Hub with a Client in the North Side of Dublin.In the innovation and digital transformation hub we are focused on designing and developing customer-centric digital products and services that enhance the customers experience and operational efficiency.We are seeking a UX/UI Designer role to play an essential part within the digital team, contributing to the end-to-end design process across a variety of digital products, from mobile apps to web platforms, to position the company as an industry leader; B2C digital channels, using customer centric technologies to drive revenues and a seamless experience.Key Responsibilities Include:· Works closely with UX/UI lead to research, design and execute a best-in-class digital user experience· Collaborate with commercial, product and development teams to implement and iterate on design solutions· Plan, conduct, and analyse user testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify usability improvements· Research and design, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for digital products· Collaborating closely with the digital team to ensure the smooth integration of design concepts and application of UX/UI principles across digital projects· Working with and helping to evolve our design systemRequired Attributes, Knowledge and Experience:· 5+ experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong user-centred and commercial portfolio· Proven experience conducting or contributing to user testing and usability research· Experience in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing software· Passion for solving complex problems with a user-first mindset· Ability to work within and team and independently, manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment· UX/UI: Wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, UI· User testing & Research: Planning, facilitation and analysis, surveys· Tooling: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and User Testing software· Design system: Experience creating and maintaining libraries· Accessibility: Awareness of inclusive design practices and WCAG guidelines· Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross functional teams· Agile/Lean: Familiarity with iterative design and agile team environments· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field📨Send your CV + Cover Letter and Portfolio link 📨with subject “💡UX/UI Designer💡”✅💻 🌐 📈 🎯👏 🙌 🌍🚀 📢 🤝 💡✨💫 ⭐ 🚀 🌟 💵Get in touch today#
