• Strategisches Management des eigenen Gebietes
• Bewerbung der priorisierenden Produkte unter Einhaltung der aktuellen Verkaufs und Marketingstrategien.
• Aus- und Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundenbeziehungen durch Nutzung verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle.
• Erstellung& Implementierung eines regionalen Businessplan inkl. Besuchsplanung, Stakeholder-Mapping, Gebietsanalysen, Durchführung von regionalen und nationalen Veranstaltungen.
• Involvierung aller GSK Funktionen zur Betreuung aller relevanten Stakeholder im Gebiet.
• Laufende und selbständige Weiterbildung im Therapiebereich sowie Teilnahme an internen GSK Fortbildungen/ Programmen.
• Erstellung und Durchführung von persönlichen Entwicklungsplänen
• Einhaltung der GSK Compliance- Richtlinien sowie bewusstes Handeln nach unseren GSK Werten und Erwartungen.

Anforderungen:

• Qualifikation gemäß §72 AMG (Pharmareferentenprüfung) oder einschlägiger Hochschulabschluss
• Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Vertrieb
• Verkäuferische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Gesprächsführung
• Organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Zielorientiertes, selbständiges, lösungsorientiertes handeln
• Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohes Maß an ethischem Bewusstsein
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Bereitschaft zur Nutzung elektronischer Kommunikationstools
